Warranty on Bed Frames

We are pleased to confirm that your purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty applies to any manufacturing or structural defects that may arise under normal residential use during the warranty period.

If any such issues occur, please contact us with your order details, and we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or improper assembly
• Accidental impact or product modifications
• Exposure to moisture or extreme environmental conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic variations or minor imperfections that do not affect structural integrity

Important Usage Notice

Any issues arising from using the bed on a surface other than carpet will require the use of stoppers (as pictured below) under the legs of the middle rail to prevent slipping.

Warranty on Mattress

 

Our 5-year limited mattress warranty extends to the original purchaser only.

 

Scope of Warrenty

Simply Aussie guarantees the mattress in the original packaging sold directly to you against defects in materials, craftsmanship, and performance as set out in this warranty for the period of 5 years, from the date of delivery , to you , the purchaser.

• Our mattress is designed to be used on a firm flat or slatted surface with grounded support
• The maximum weight limit of each sleeper is 120kg. If the distance between the slats is wider than 12cm will void the 5-year limited warranty.
• Gaps wider than 12cm will leave a significant number of springs unsupported and will affect both the feel and longevity of the mattress
• if you are unsure about the suitability of a bed base you want to use with your mattress, get in touch with Simply Aussie for help!
• We advise you to let the mattress come in its complete shape within 3 days, as the foam springs require time to expand to their original state

 

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited mattress warranty applies to the following performance and manufacturing defects:

• Body indentations or sagging greater than 35mm.
• A mattress has a break-in period where it will conform to your body's natural contours and weight.
• Up to and including 35mm is perfectly normal and is not covered under this limited mattress warranty.

 

This limited mattress warranty does not cover the following:

• Changes in firmness preferences. Damage is caused due to the use of an inadequate base.
• Natural odour of the foam materials used in our mattress.
• Damage due to improper use or moving the mattress.
• Body indentations less than 30mm.
• General wear and tear. Damage or accidents caused by third-party services used at your discretion, including but not limited to removals or courier services, and cleaning services.
• Marks or stains on the mattress, due to wash, spillage or body sweat. If the mattress is soiled.

 

Making a claim

• Contact us for the warranty claims.
• Assessment of all warranty claims takes place via email and requires photo, video, and/or audio files to be provided to Simply Aussie at simplyaussieofficial@gmail.com
• In the event of a successful warranty claim, Simply Aussie will replace or fix the affected component, or provide reimbursement, or replacement, (under Simply Aussie's discretion)
• After a warranty claim, the 5 Year limited warranty does NOT renew, even in the case of a full replacement
