Delivery Policy

Because we know just how hard it is to get the size.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

For assistance in placing any orders, please feel free to contact our warehouse and our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote areas will require longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

For orders placed before 10am, same day delivery can be arranged upon request. Please contact our warehouse for these orders.

Standard delivery includes 1 person. Assistance may be required unless two-person delivery is arranged.

Delivery is to the doorstep only. Additional charges apply to upstairs or in room delivery.

Note- not all products are available in all areas.
Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product.

Hence discounts on freight costs may not be applicable.
We currently dispatch products to addresses within Victoria. For orders outside Victoria, please contact our warehouse on 0434309363.

We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

We do not accept change of mind returns.

If you wish to cancel your purchase after paying the deposit, it would incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total sale amount, for standard orders and 50% for any custom order.

Rolled up mattresses and packaged bed frames cannot be returned once opened.

Please note that it might take longer time to deliver during peak season such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day etc.

Please allow extra 10-15 business days for delivery during those periods.
