Warranty on Bed Frames

We are pleased to confirm that your purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty applies to any manufacturing or structural defects that may arise under normal residential use during the warranty period.

If any such issues occur, please contact us with your order details, and we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or improper assembly
• Accidental impact or product modifications
• Exposure to moisture or extreme environmental conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic variations or minor imperfections that do not affect structural integrity

Important Usage Notice

Any issues arising from using the bed on a surface other than carpet will require the use of stoppers (as pictured below) under the legs of the middle rail to prevent slipping.
